Cute apartment in great location

Pros: Great location, the apartment was quiet despite being in a lively zone, it is quite spacious and had all necessary things. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay!

Cons: Only tiny point would be that there is no washing machine, but that was clearly stated in the list of items, so not a surprise. There are a lot of laundry places close by as well.

EXELENTE UBICACION, BUEN PRECIO CON SERVICIOS QUE DEBEN DE MEJORAR.

Pros: Buena ubicacion, cerca a centros comerciales, negocios, restaurantes y avenidas principales para movilizarce a otras zonas de la ciudad.

Cons: Debe de mejorar la limpieza en general, cambiar los utensilios de cocina, el microondas esta en mal estado el calentar una comida se expone a contaminarse, la cama y ropa de cama urgente deben de ser renovadas.

Pros: La ubicación es fenomenal y los dos ambientes que ofrece el apartamento.

Cons: Le hace falta mantenimiento al apartamento, huele a humedad y el closet recomiendo no utilizarlo. Deberían surtir más la cocina con implementos variados y que no estén oxidados. Para rentar el espacio, el administrador debería contratar un servicio de aseo, en la zona de la cocina se evidencia mucha grasa pegada, así como los muebles, hay que lavarlos de vez en cuando. Las ventanas estaban muy sucias, tanto que no dejaban entrar la luz.
