Pros: Host was very friendly and always shoud be help of any situations! It was very important. This is accomodation - home with 3 rooms. I live in very small room, but all was clean and once of 2-3 days was cleaning in room.

Cons: When i am moved into the apartment, there was a guy and a woman living there who acted like they owned the place, constantly occupying the common area and being upset that someone else had moved in. It was very strange.

Worth it!

Pros: Really nice place, super central, the hosts were extremely kind too! I was alone so eventually I had the whole flat for me.

Cons: The only comment I might have is that it wasn’t very clean: a lot of dust everywhere! The room and bathroom were very clean but I could see that the lounge needed better cleaning. Apart from this I would still recommend and go again

Pros: Similar to an Airbnb or homestay, this place felt very private and secure. I stayed in the dorm room and it was very quiet with comfortable beds. There is a kitchen you can use and nice seating area. I’d prefer this over a 12 bed dorm any day. When locating the property, wait outside the gate for the owner to let you in. Also great location.

Cons: Just be aware that the property is on the fourth floor if you have an injury or accessibility issues, and there is no elevator. Exiting the property after checkout is a little challenging because after leaving the keys inside, you have to open the front gate with a button, and you could be left at the mercy of whoever’s coming and going to get out. Overall great stay tho.

buona posizione e tranquillità vicino al centro storico

Pros: buona posizione e comodità della stanza singola , appartamento gradevole,con tutti i servizi,a pochi passi dal centro storico di barranco,situato in una via non rumorosa

Cons: nella camera necessiterebbero delle tende scure non bianche altrimenti è difficile riposare bene e metterei una piccola lampada visto che c'è solo la luce a soffitto

Pros: De ruimte is netjes, modern en voldoet aan alle wensen. Je kunt gebruik maken van alle faciliteiten. De host was erg vriendelijk en heeft me geholpen toen ik hulp nodig had, zowel met ziek zijn als problemen met mijn bagage. Ook had ik het verblijf een aantal dagen voor mezelf, wat prettig was toen ik me niet fit voelde. De locatie is goed en het ligt centraal in Barranco. Dichtbij vind je mooie bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en grote supermarkten voor al je benodigdheden. Ik zou hier zeker nog eens terug komen!

Perfect place to have a well needed rest!

Pros: Everything was excellent! It was a shared apartment with 3 separate bedrooms, one shared bathroom, kitchen and common area. We were actually there alone so it was the perfect place for us to have some well needed rest. We ended up doubling our stay and would have trippeled it if we didn't have a non-refundable stay coming up afterwards. Everything was super clean, apartment is well ventilated, bed super comfortable and kitchen super well equipped! On top of it, the owners are very friendly and easy to communicate with (important since they will not be on site during your stay). Location was also nice. Quiet street, near supermercado and Metropolitano bus stop, and lots of nice eateries and restaurants.

Cons: Everything was perfect. Only issue we found was that the acomodation doesn't exist on Google Maps, so the address indicated on booking was wrong - BUT the dot on the map here in booking is correct!

Pros: La atención y acogida de los administradores, así como la ubicación y seguridad del departamento, cuenta con cámara de seguridad, tiene su luz de emergencia, la tranquilidad del lugar, la limpieza del departamento es A-1. Totalmente recomendable

Cons: En realidad todo me gusto.
