The ubication is wonderful. A modern apartment with no style in an enchanting neighborhood.

Pros: No breakfast. But a normal kitchen, well provided with refrigerator, oven. Spacious. Comfortable.

Cons: As in so many properties, the devil is in the details. The property seems to be administered by a company. No reception. No information. An anonymus whatsapp tells you the code for the entrance. Bathroom very small, shower quite unpleasent with almost no water.

Perfect!

Pros: This was everything I needed during my time in Lima. It was perfectly placed in beautiful Barranco and the team on customer services couldn’t have done any more for me. If you’re looking for somewhere to relax and a great base in Lima, look no further!

Nice home but poor management

Pros: Nice home, complete with kitchenware, washing machine.

Cons: Very poor customer service, they won't reply you so don't bother contacting but they will spam you with automated text. There was a power outage for one whole day and resulted in a waste of food but I didn't get compensated.

Awesome accommodation in Barranco

Pros: Excellent accommodation. Centrally located only one block from the Barranco Park and within walking distance to restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. The apartment is big offering a comfortable living room and kitchen with all the basics. Bedroom is located towards the inside of the building so it is dark and quiet. Absolutely will stay here again.

Cons: The apartment is equipped with a washing machine but it doesn't include a drying rack; just an observation.

Pros: El orden, la limpieza, ubicación, amenities, seguridad.

Perfect apartment in Barranco

Pros: Excellent. The location is prime and the apartment has everything you need to cover the basics. Comfortable bed, spacious and with a living room perfect to chill or work. Many restaurants and bars as well as more famous attractions of Barranco are nearby. Definitely will stay here again.

Pros: Amazing accommodation! Very well located in the center of Barranco near all attractions and nightlife. Apartment is surprisingly quiet and very well distributed with all the essentials for short stays. It is very comfortable, clean and secure. This are rental units so the only direct interaction was made with security and cleaning personnel; everything else is handled using text messaging.

Cons: The reservation process is not immediate and requires a series of steps, but it is acceptable. I will advise you to reserve at least the day before.
