comfortable and good value for money stay in the touristy part of lima

Pros: very comfortable fully equipped apartments with self check-in and 24h security/reception. good wifi, safe neighborhood with lots of shops and bars/restaurants.

Cons: very inflexible staff when it comes to invoice requests.

Great stay in Miraflores

Pros: It was really well located, everything was clean and the staff in the hall were kind.

Cons: The shower I think. Didn't know how the hot water worked and it was difficult to get hot water. So maybe add some instructions.

great facilities in miraflores, with self-checkin. the staff, however, are not always very helpful.

Pros: modern, fully equipped apartments in miraflores with self-checkin, wifi and tv.

Cons: the staff were not helpful at all when i repeatedly asked for an invoice with the names of all the three visitors listed on the reservation. this has caused me a major problem at work, as i needed such an invoice for reimbursement purposes. the staff showed no willingness whatsoever to accommodate my request.

Excellent but needs improvement on details

Pros: Place is spotless, location magnificent, security excellent, check in very fast and clear. Decoration of the place modern and sophisticated. Big apartment for 2 people with good amenities.

Cons: The place has a huge potential BUT they are missing details such us more towels. For example 2 big towels and 2 hand towels for 1 bathroom and one toilet aren't enough, specifically for women with long hair like me, hand towels can't be used for drying hair , and asking for extra 2 towels and request 15 USD for them it seems insane. Microwave didn't work. Toilet paper, more utensils in the kitchen, etc. Also, Wynwood, please note that answering to the clients that given a towel and half for a client or not replace the toilet paper after few days, neither other productsof 1st necessity(that I have seen in other comments, etc) is Wynwood 's policy .that answer isn't well received.

You won't regret booking here.

Pros: Location Location Location. Safe area. Soooo clean. Easy check in and check out. I do alot of traveling. This was my best find ever in miraflores. Los 3 Bs Bueno Bonito Barato.

Pros: We started our trip in this flat and also came back at the end of our Peruvian travel. Very good price/quality relation. Caring host. The place itself very modern and comfy.

Cons: The only difficulty is the water in the shower that is a bit complicated to manage. You need a bit of patience to understand how to balance it. But once you get it, the flat is perfect.

Fantastically located spacious apartment!

Pros: Fantastic location, right near the major shopping precinct Lacomar. A great French bakery is on the corner of the street too. Very spacious, great facilities and doormen are lovely and helpful! The memory foam pillows was a wonderful surprise! Cooking facilities, 2 TVs and 2nd toilet were very handy.

Cons: The walls are very thin, so bit hard to sleep some nights as noise from neighbours and outside was quite loud.

Nice apartment, nice location, needs some extra love to make you feel more welcome.

Pros: The apartment, the location and the building were great.

Cons: Wasn’t 100% clean to be honest, floor bit dirty in few areas, plus lack of basic amenities. You would expect for the location and price to find a good quality of toilet paper, nice and soft towels, not ones that feel old and overused.. anyway from my experience the place is lovely but more attention to detail is key to make the difference.
