Good deal

Pros: Clean, great location right in the heart of Miraflores. Surprisingly quiet in the bedroom. Comfortable bed and well equipped.

Cons: Needs a lamp in the living room, and the couch is uncomfortable.

Pros: Muy buena ubicación,lindo el lugar,todo muy limpio y como nuevo, linda piscina. Las camas excelentes, todo muy moderno y seguro.

Cons: No tiene aire acondicionado en los apartamentos que nos asignaron, no tiene wifi solo en el All principal, ventanas de los pisos ubicados en Carlos Palma no tienen aislación acústica.

Pros: Un apartamento de buen tamaño, con todo lo necesario para pasar varios días. Todo muy limpio, las camas súper cómodas. Además se podía acceder a la piscina y gimnasio del edificio.

Cons: Todo muy bien, podría ser algo más barato :)

Extremely responsive hosts in a very new, clean, well-equipped building

Pros: Not only is the apartment itself new and clean and fully equipped, but the building is quite impressive. The host includes loads of little details for you, too, like a set of ear plugs in the bedroom. The host is always extremely responsive by message, too, which came in useful multiple times. The amenities in this apartment were definitely a huge plus.

Cons: This isn't the host's fault, but the units in this building have a bizarre decorative grate of sorts that lets air (and noise) from the street in. Lima weather is so nice that the air itself isn't a problem, but the noise from the street comes right into the apartment. Traffic. Horns. We were working from this apartment, and honestly it made it quite difficult multiple times. This isn't the host's fault, though—it appears to be an odd (and regrettable) design decision of the building's architect.
