Departamento BH South

Very nice… except for the noise!

Pros: Monica the owner was amazing: very attentive and brought us missing item from the kitchen which was reasonably well equipped. We appreciated the small balcony and the view of the city. The apartment was very clean and well arranged for our stay.

Cons: THE CONSTANT NOISE! Both traffic noisy and noise ( even on the weekends) from the church/school or perhaps a youth group?? we are not sure, right next to the apartment there was constant loud music, adolescents yelling and screening which made it impossible to have any widows open, despite the beautiful weather.

Very safe and well appointed apartment in a central location in Lima.

Pros: The building is in a very central location, it is safe with a helpful reception. The apartment offers a good size for two people, and has everything you need for a short stay. The owner outdid herself waiting for me until 1am when my flight arrived 2 hours late to Lima. I am extremely grateful for her comprehension and kindness. It was very easy to communicate with her too.

Pros: La Sra Monica es súper amable, siempre que voy a Lima me hospedo en su dpto.

Cons: Todo estuvo perfecto

Pros: Espacio amplio y cómodo. Balcón grande y con muy linda vista.

Pros: La disposición de la persona y orientación así como el lugar es centrico

Absolute Empfehlung

Pros: schönes appartement mit toller Aussicht und Ausstattung. Gastgeber super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Selbst nachts um 3 ( anreise) . Alles super sauber und in einer guten Lage von lima. Haben uns zu keiner Zeit unsicher gefühlt. Bus direkt vor dem Haus. Supermarkt und Restaurant um die Ecke. Bad mit warm Wasser ( nicht selbstverständlich in peru)

Viaje Perfecto a Lima

Pros: El Condominio es fantástico y el Departamento, muy cómodo y bonito. Tiene de todo y además servicios, como Gimnasio o Piscina.

Cons: No hay nada que no le haya gustado. La ubicación para mi ha sido estupenda pero si vas en un paseo más histórico estas a unos minutos más. Pero solo eso y bien conectado.

Pros: La recepción está disponible 24 horas por lo que la recogida de las llaves se pudo hacer sin problemas y la disponibilidad del anfitrión. El apartamento es muy cómodo y la distribución y tamaño es perfecta para 1 o 2 personas.

Cons: El agua caliente de la ducha se acababa muy rápido y en general la sensación de frío en el apartamento era dominante.

Pros: Todo muy limpio y cómodo. Cuenta con utensilios necesarios.

Pros: Todo muy bien. Camas cómodas, todo limpio, bonitas vistas.

Cons: Nada.
