Pros: Everything. The friendliness of Carmin, the ambience of the room. The beds were so comfortable. We had a great view of the mountains. Hot water in the shower. Even though it was a tiny kitchen it was well equipped and extremely clean. We cooked every night on the burner and having a kettle meant we could wash up with hot water. Breakfast was simple but always delicious and great views from the covered terrace. Also very good value laundry a couple of steps up from the property

Cons: It can’t be changed because of where the room is but a better curtain across the bathroom window is needed I think. That’s such a small thing it’s more of a recommendation. Also a sign on the wall would help locate this lovely property

Pros: Homely vibe. The breakfast was very good. The place is a little old but was very clean and in an excellent location.

Pros: Amazing little find in san blas, Cusco. We enjoyed the views across the city, the tasty breakfast and most of all the hosts. They were super friendly and accommodating. We had a small kitchenette which was easy to use and incredibly useful.

Cons: The shower was a little tricky to use

Magical place in the historical Cusco

Pros: Great location just 5 minutes walking from the main square and very close to many good restaurants, the host was one of the kindest person I've met, breathtaking view from the room

Cons: It's located in a small street and to reach the structure there are some stairs to do that can be a bit uncomfortable for people with heavy luggages

Pros: So welcoming, comfortable and quiet. Carmen was an incredible host and Mercedes was so helpful with all of my questions. Felt so warm and loved having the kitchen in the room. Warm shower was lovely as well.

Pros: The owner Carmen is lovely, so welcoming and helpful. We left for a night to go to Aguas Calientes and we were able to leave all our belongings in the same room for no extra charge as the night had not been booked by another person. Carmen just really went out of her way to help you. The free breakfast is really nice, fruit, coffee, eggs, bread and juice. We ate it every morning! We also took their 10 dollar taxi service from the airport which was convenient. Our room was really nice and cosy. It had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Very clean, many blankets available to keep you warm. Nice view from the dining room, friendly staff.

Cons: There was no WiFi first few days and the ‘hot’ water was really warm rather than hot. The breakfast was really way too moderate though it is like that in many accommodations in Peru (coffee, juice, few small pieces of fruit, jam, bread/butter and an egg).

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Casa Mama. It had everything we needed & was close to restaurants.

Pros: It is very close to the town square and restaurants, as well as a few local sights. The breakfast lady was super, super helpful. She cooked us breakfast each morning and gave us a key to the storage room where our bags were kept so that we could retrieve them when we came back from our trip etc.

Cons: The curtains in the bathroom was not very well fitted and we were not able to switch the light on when showering.

Great place in a great location.

Pros: Carmen is incredible. Even though she speaks mostly just spanish, we still understood each other. She makes amazing eggs and fresh fruit juice for breakfast and makes sure you are happy always. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both conveniently came with a kitchenette and all the tools you need in there. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms quiet and the showers maybe a bit outdated but hot and relaxing. The location was incredible, just a few minutes walk from everywhere important and with a stunning few over the Cusco hills, especially at night, when the street lights are on. Highly recommended place!
