Pros: Food is absolutely delicious, with great selections. Spa was oasis of comfort The concierge was extremely helpful and patient, helped me to book train tickets and local transport. Their resturant opens 5:30am so we could take a bit or grab some take-away before we boarded the train for Machu Pichhu, which itself was a great comfort. Staff is genuinely warm and welcoming!

Cons: The food menu was mostly in local language and Spanish.

The best hotel ever

Pros: This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I did not expect this huge well designed room. Everything in the room was perfect. Dressing room is a plus, the bathroom is big and well organized. The room is big and very comfortable. The bed and the pillows are the best. We love the terrace and the view. Breakfast is perfect with big varieties and great service. The experience of checking in and out was so smooth. We had the best time.

Best choice to spend some time in sacred valley in a luxury hotel

Pros: This was our second time to go to this hotel. I like so much the rooms, the huge common spaces and the wellness. The coffee machine in the room is a real extra. We traveld to Machu Picchu with the train (from the hotel’s train station) - it’s very comfy.

Cons: In this year, we had cold, so we plan to set a higher temperute in the room, but our heating not worked enough on our first 2 nights. Later it was fixed. It was also quite cold in the restaurant (my husband had seated in jacket during breakfast)

Amazing place, luxurious property, top class service

Pros: Stunning property with glamorous designs and an amazing spa. The restaurant offers great peruvian cuisine, and there is a bar with international food as well. Staff is very supportive to accomodate special needs and plan services. We had a great relaxing time after our journey to Machu Picchu, and that gave a nice touch to the end of our trip.

Cons: Communication between the hotel staff and Booking .com can improve. Apparently that is done through and operator, and not handled by the hotel directly, which may cause miscommunication and delays in getting responses. After we arrived at the hotel, the staff was very supportive, but the booking process could have been easier.

We would stay again.

Pros: Lovely property, great staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Beautiful grounds with a “raging” river running alongside. We really enjoyed the hotel but it is on the pricey side and the constant musak is a little loud and intrusive.

Pros: Every single detail and on the top the Alpaca The Alpaca was the best part of the hotel

Pros: The staff was amazing! Our flight from Lima to Cusco was canceled, so we arrived at the hotel at 9:45 pm, just as the restaurant was closing at 10:00. The front desk suggested we have dinner first and check in afterward at our leisure. While we were dining, a team member took our suitcases up to our room. In addition, the concierge helped us cancel our prearranged transfer to the Ollantaytambo train station due to a bad experience and arranged a new transfer for us.

Cons: Nothing to report.

Pros: Todas las instalaciones del hotel son A1 Me encantó la atención , el restaurante y la comida deliciosa. Lo más top es el desayuno .

Cons: Los jacuzzi y el sauna son muy pequeños para toda la cantidad de personas que hay en el hotel , siempre estuvieron llenos y no pude disfrutar de ellos .
