Nice stay in convenient location close to bus stations

Pros: - Clean room - Helpful and friendly staff - Good location close to the bus station of Cruz del Sur and Movil Bus - 24/7 reception service

Cons: I sent a message to the hotel both via Booking as to their email address a few days before my arrival. I wanted to ask whether I could check in after 12am, but didn’t get a response. Luckily, I arrived at the hostel after 12am and I could easily check in. However, it would have been reassuring that this was certainly possible to avoid not being able to check in when arriving late at the hostel.

Pros: I was staying here as I was getting an early bus from Plaza Norte, and for that it's perfect. My room was big, the WiFi worked and there was a fan and hot water shower. There is a convenience store downstairs and the Mall is 5 minutes walk away.

Cons: I would take care outside after dark, but that's my experience mostly everywhere in South America so far.

Confort y tranquilidad

Pros: No recibí desayuno, me gusta la amabilidad y buena atención, además la limpieza

Cons: No pude acceder a ver la tele

Pros: The shower was warm and the water pressure was good. It was convenient because it’s close to the bus terminal and the shopping mall. They also stored my luggage for me.

Cons: However, the power outlet was far from the bed. Also, there was a medium-sized cockroach.

Excelente estadía

Pros: Me hospede por trabajo y luego vacaciones en familia, muy excelente la estadía, ambiente limpio, tranquilo, buena ubicación, excelente trato del personal, lo recomiendo

Good stay for a night or two.

Pros: The location even though is very centered, the are felt very insecure. We were told by the taxi driver there was a lot of prostitution, which doesn’t have to do anything with the hotel off course. However, something we noticed was the hotel staff, especially a young lady that was at the front desk, was rude to us several times. We asked questions (as all tourists do), and she’d reply impolitely every time.

Cons: Staff, nearby insecurity.

Para breve estancia y estar cerca de los buses

Pros: Que estaba muy cerca de la terminal de bus plaza norte

Cons: Se escuchan todos los ruidos de la calle principal incluso en mi habitación que no daba a esa calle principal. Para estar un rato está bien. Para quedarte más tiempo no lo recomiendo por el ruido y porque la zona es algo insegura (me lo dijeron varias personas locales, tienes que andar con cuidado de tus cosas)

Pros: La amabilidad. La limpieza,el trato 100% reconendado

使いやすくて楽しいホテル

Pros: 2度目の宿泊。古い建物だけど、スタッフも設備もちゃんとしていて使いやすく、気に入ってます。ショッピングモールや市場、バスターミナルの屋台など周辺環境も面白くて好きです。

Cons: 特になし
