ESTANCIA ACOGEDORA

Pros: La comunicacion frecuente antes de llegar al hotel por whatsapp me genera tranquilidad de saber la seriedad del lugar

Cons: Falta orientacion para los huespedes que recien llegan, a fin de saber proactivamente si requerimos de algo, calidad de servicio al cliente.
