Pros: La ubicación, es excelente si desean ir a un concierto cerca del estadio de San Marcos Personal amable y atentos. Transporte público Zona segura

Cons: Un poco el ruido de los aviones por cercania al aeropuerto, pero todo bien. No es que pasen cada dos minutos un avión por esa zona
