Pros: A pleasant old bodega close enough to plaza de armas of Ica (10min by taxi). The outdoor area is super nice with multiple swimming pools, crucial to endure the Icas dry heat. Spacious rooms with spotless daily cleaning.

Cons: Our shower were blocked with limescale. We reported it to the reception asking to a fix/change of room. It wasn’t fixed nor an a tentative was offered. The fan on the room, even with window open isn’t enough to make the room cool enough

Very surprised about this place!

Pros: We were primarily coming for their big and secure parking but what we found was a classy rustic hotel with a lot of green area inside, a huge pool and great restaurant area. The place offers buffets and Pisco Sour tasting. The rooms were spacious and had separate bathroom and toilet. Breakfast is served in the room, or right outside where each room has its own patio. Great place!

Cons: Unfortunately the wifi router that was close to our room was not working, so we had to go to the reception area to use the wifi (which however was quite fast with over 100mbit/sec).

Great place to rest

Pros: The whole place, pisco making and farm style with animals, swimming pools, very impressive. If you need two nights rest, it's highly recommend place. Great meal in restaurant. Simple wine tour was very welcomed.

Un buen hotel con oportunidades

Pros: Las instalaciones te hacen sentir en una real hacienda y eso ed algo que se extraña cuando vives en una ciudad. Los jardines, la piscina, el show de marinera con caballo, lo espacioso del hotel.

Cons: Me hubiera gustado un friobar en el cuarto, un televisor mas grande (el que hay se pierde en una pared tan grande). Mayor decoración en el cuarto, mayor limpieza y mantenimiento en la madera de la ventana de los cuartos y las columnas fuera del cuarto (mucho polvo y telarañas). Podrían recibir al huesped con al menos dos botellas de agua (algo simbólico que ayude con el calor). Sobre la iluminación podrían implementar unas luces en la mesa de noche o al lado de la cama y un interruptor cerca a la cama para apagar y prender la luz central y esas posibles luces laterales (prender una sola luz en el cuarto puede ser incomodo si vas con alguien y esta persona quiere dormir) Sobre la atención de noche no hay alguien que pueda atender la recepción, uno sale a recorrer el hotel de noche y no encuentra a nadie, de hecho quería algo de tomar y todo estaba cerrado...

Pros: El estilo, rodeado de arboles, la atencion. Personal amable.

Cons: El dormitorio, tenia una refri pero no un tomacorriente para conectarlo, tuvimos que mover las camas. La ducha oxidada, el agua se llenaba de oxido, no me gusto eso. El caño goteaba. Las almohadas incomodas.
