EXCELLENT PLACE TO RELAX IN FAMILY

Pros: The more I liked was the accommodation and facilities and the food was gorgeous: the flavor, the temperature, the quality of products were perfect. All was amazing we really enjoyed the steady experience

Cons: The temperature of the pool. just a little suggest: A heated pool would be fantastic!

Pros: Good staff, very friendly with a smile at all times. Comfy bed, clean, smart tv.

Cons: Noisy people with kids went into the pool before 7am, they even had a dog that was barking at night and before 7am as well… I went there to get rest, not to be disturbed that early

Pros: Excelente!!! Toda la instalación muy limpio, el servicio del personal muy atentos y con buena predisposición, la comida sabrosa, recomendable.

Muy comodo y acogedor, el restaurante excelente.

Pros: La ubicacion del hotel me parecio muy buena, la comida y los tragos estuvieron excelentes, buenos insumos, todo estuvo muy bien para ir en familia.

Cons: Deberian hacer mantenimiento al santarin para niños. Seria ideal que no se acepten mascotas.

Perfecto para la familia

Pros: Las instalaciones muy lindas, espacio para todos, las habitaciones ordenadas y limpias. La fogata nos encantó. Un gran plus que es pet friendly.

Cons: Todo bien, lo único reforzar la limpieza del baño compartido del 1er piso frente a la piscina.

Acogedor, lindo y excelente para relajarse

Pros: Su ubicación, las instalaciones muy cómodas y limpias y sobretodo la atención y amabilidad del personal (Sander) lo hicieron excepcional

Nice staying, but the staff needs more customer service training from Gian Carlo.

Pros: It's very well designed, modern, comfortable, surrounded by nature, quiet, and clean. Gian Carlo is an upscale server-you can tell he has experience within this industry and for a second, I thought he was the owner/manager of the property because of his customer service, manners and verbiage towards the guests. Fully recommended.

Cons: The actual manager didn't have our room ready, asked to accommodate us in a different room, last minute, which it was okay after having to negotiate prices during our way to the property. They don't let the customers stay in their own jacuzzi until late and asked us to shut down everything by 11, shouting to do it. The food is good for the price you pay. Unfortunately, the manager took almost 3 days to give us an invoice after begging him to do his job.

Oasis out of the city. Uniquely strong service

Pros: We loved the private hot tub, the grill, the fire place, the live animals, the sports/games, and most of all the service. Fantastic staff and drinks! We love the small, intimate feel and I can’t say it enough, the excellent service. It’s rare in that area! All the areas are really clean and well maintained too. The love story of the Macaws is a nice little extra. We saw toads as well!

Pros: Las instalaciones y sobretodo el trato de todo el personal. Muy atentos a todo.

Cons: Todo conforme.

Pros: Me gusto porque, a pesar que el área que ocupa el hotel es pequeña, tienen una mesa de billar, tenis de mesa, saltarin y fulbito de mesa y la fogata nocturna.

Cons: Sentí que la calidad de las sabanas no eran tan buenas porque no se sentían frescas y las opciones de desayuno, podrían ser mas variadas.
