Very nice place to stay

Pros: This beautyfull guesthouse is perfectly located in Barranco . It has been wanderfull restored with keeping the old charm . The ever friendly owner Jose is a perfect host and willing to help and give information . There is no breakfast served , but there is a nice coffeeshop next door on the right

Would definitely recommend it to others.

Pros: Beautiful building. Comfortable bed and lovely large bathroom. Great location within walking distance of the beach. Very safe.

Cons: Light on all night outside the bedroom window.

Great location, INCREDIBLE Bed!

Pros: Incredible bed, very high ceiling rooms, cozy and the location was walking distance to places in Barranco

Pros: Top location. We had the room to the back yard which was super nice for us as we leave the windows open during night and close to the street it could be quite noisy. Super nice communication, friendly host, spotless clean, and very comfortable beds.

Pros: Great location just a few minutes walk from the centre of Barranco. Very pretty building. Large and comfy room. Lovely staff (thank you Alex).

Loved the location and size of room.

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent near cafe and restaurants. The only thing I didn't like that I could not open any windows. The staff explained it due to street noise that they blocked the windows. I used the A/C instead. I think this hotel is great option for a few nights' stay in Liima.

Cons: I couldn't open any windows for fresh ait.
