Pros: The staff doesn’t speak English at all, but he tried to provide the best service to me. That’s really lovely and nice Peruvian!

Exceptional hotel in Urubamba

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptional value for money. My room had a balcony which was brilliant. Breakfast was very good.

Pros: Everything! Very hospitable staff and flexible with check in and check out hours. Delicious breakfast and close to main square. They also helped me out to organise a private tour guide.

Pros: For the price, this place was amazing. Good sized room with a good shower. Excellent views from the balcony outside the room. Good breakfast and nice owners. To top it off a load of animals running around in the front garden. Pets I mean, not wild ones.

Increíble lugar!

Pros: Quedarnos en Killa fue una experiencia espectacular! Tiene un jardín hermoso, las áreas comunes como el lobby y la terraza están limpios y ordenados. Reservamos la habitación doble deluxe con jacuzzi, el agua caliente funcionaba con normalidad. Teníamos un minibar, un sofá, no consideramos la secadora de cabello y nos prestaron una. Recomiendo al 100% este hotel. Si tienes el desayuno incluído es muy completo y el personal super amable Gracias

Pros: Muy buena atención del personal, instalaciones cómodas y limpias, y excelente ubicación. Una experiencia totalmente recomendable.

Cons: Como sugerencia, podría reforzarse el mantenimiento y la limpieza de los ventanales con salida al balcón, a fin de optimizar la visibilidad y la experiencia general del huésped.

Pros: Новый отель с балконом и террасой, прекрасный вид! Так же персонал! Хуан - Отзывчивый и очень дружелюбный. Я не говорю по испанский, но все вопрос быстро и качественно решали через переводчик) Прекрасные завтраки. Так же персонал помог нам заказать таксиста, который за довольно хорошую цену обвозил нас по Долине Инков. Хорошее месторасположение, до центра 100 метров. Рекомендую!

Comfort y descanso garantizado, 100% recomendable!

Pros: El desayuno es de primera en todos sus aspectos, cantidad, variedad y calidad, como el de un hotel 4 estrellas, a mi esposa y a mí nos encantó. La ubicación es ideal, a 4-5 cuadras de la plaza es ideal, ni muy cerca por el ruido y movimiento natural ni demasiado lejos, está en una zona súper tranquila. La vista desde la habitación que nos tocó es de otro nivel, una vista espectacular al valle, en definitiva todo fue 10 de 10. El baño súper limpio, amplio, ventilado e iluminado, insisto, parece un hotel 4 estrellas.

Cons: Realmente nada, satisfechos al 100%, lo recomendaría sin dudarlo.
