Good stay in Centro Historico

Pros: Great location, next to the main attractions but in rather quiet street. Clean and comfy rooms, nice staff. There are no windows looking outside in most rooms, just windows to the inner patio so if you want sunlight choose carefully.

Pros: Fantastic location for the price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free tea and drinking water in a common area with seating .

Cons: It is newly opened and lacking in amenities like a wardrobe and desk. Converting an old, colonial buildings has its challenges.

Agradable, trato por mejorar

Pros: La ubicación era ideal para mis motivos de viaje. El Sr. Relly (espero que así se escriba su nombre) es muy amable, gentil, predispuesto a ayudar, muy educado.

Cons: Nunca entendí el funcionamiento de la tele. La recepcionista (no sé su nombre) una señora de cabello rizado, tiene un trato algo tosco y a la defensiva; al retirarme me la topé cerca a la habitación de la que me retiraba y me preguntó si me retiraba, a lo que afirmé; acto seguido me preguntó de una forma algo agresiva (al menos así lo percibí) si estaba dejando el control remoto y acto seguido ingresó a revisar la habitación, la forma fue muy poco delicada y hasta algo impertinente; me dijo que si quería espere en recepción a lo que indiqué que esperaría por si tuviera alguna observación. Realmente su trato durante mi estadía, resultó muy poco agradable .

Pros: Colville hopedaje esta en una excelente ubicacion muy cerca de la Plaza Mayor y de todo . la habitacion era muy comodo y contaba con todo lo necesario.
