Hotel Casa Fierro Cusco

Pros: We only stayed one night during a transit but the bed was fantastically comfortable, best sleep of South America so far. Rooms were cute and comfortable, clean. Good location, about 5 blocks gentle downhill to San Pedro market. Staff were friendly, a little shy. Towels are included but weren't in our room, we had to ask for them but then no issues.

Cons: I would recommend getting a room upstairs; we stayed in room 1 which is on the ground floor and next to reception and you could hear the rooms upstairs, as well as people arriving and leaving early the next morning from 6/7am.

Just wonderful to visit Cusco and the hotel made it easy for us to just enjoy the stay. They made some sandwiches for us

Pros: Very nice place and the staff member very helpful with everything. Second time being at the hotel and the romantic setting is great and the family feeling the staff provides is just unique

Nice little hotel with accommodating staff and nice rooms for the price

Pros: Nice hotel with large rooms and a nice common space. The staff, whilst they weren't able to communicate in English were very accommodating and communication via Google Translate more than made up for it. They stored my belongings on 2 occasions while I went trekking, and gave me a better room than originally booked when I returned

Cons: It's a little out of the way from the main sites, but I knew that before travelling

Comfortable stay,clean and good value for money.

Pros: Clean and warm. Lovely big bathroom and hot shower. Breakfast good , but limited with only 2 eggs per person.

Pros: The place was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly attentive, even when we needed something in the middle of the night. They always kept our luggage safe, even when we were away for more than a day.

Great hotel

Pros: Characterful hotel, just 10 minutes walk from the main square. It is fairly basic but excellent value for money and perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff were the best - despite us speaking very little spanish they were always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with eggs made to order either scrambled or fried. Bed was very comfy.

Cons: You have to run the shower for quite a while to get hot water to come through, but it does come!

Ok for 1-2 nights, good price

Pros: Good breakfast and a cool Location, with a nice Common room where also the breakfast is served.

Cons: The rooms are poorly soundproofed, so you can hear nearly everything what’s happening in the whole hostel. They charge 5% extra when you want to pay by credit card.

Pros: The facilities are great, it´s all very clean, the staff are amazing people, always welcome to help. It´s close to the main turist attractions.

Cons: The pillows are old, they need to replace it. The bathroom does not have a hanger, you don´t have space to put your chlothes. And inside the shower there are no place to put the shampoo and conditionair. They don´t have enough staff, the people who work their are amazing, but they have to do billions of things at the same time.
