Nice apartment with lots of room and a jacuzzi

Pros: The apartment is in an ideal location and is quite large. A piano was a nice surprise, since I know how to play it. The owner responded quickly to an issue of the hot water needing a propane tank replaced.

Cons: The washing machine and dryer worked well but there was a lot of lint - the dryer probably needs the filters cleaned. More towels would be a good thing, though its common outside of the USA to have only a few. Keeping a few water bottles in the fridge would be nice, as an incoming tenant might not have had time to acquire any before their first day.
