Great value convenient apartment, helpful and friendly host

Pros: Convenient and very affordable apartment in Lince, very close to the Natural History Museum and within walking distance of the Circuito Magico del Agua. Apartment had all the essentials and a good view of the city from the balcony. The host was very helpful and sent us lots of information and advice.

Cons: The tap in the bathroom leaked quite a lot unless you barely turned it on. Avenida Arequipa is a busy road and traffic could be gridlocked around the apartment - not the host's fault but worth bearing in mind that you may need to allow extra time to travel places!

Pros: The host is super helpful with local tips (restaurants, museums, opening hours etc.). He is very nice and funny and also open for a chat about the state of the country and the world. The apartment was perfect, nice view, wonderful roof terrace and laundry service in the building included.

Spacious, Clean, and Well-Located Apartment with Great Amenities

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Lima. The space was incredibly spacious, with a stunning view, and everything was spotless upon arrival. The apartment had all the essentials we needed, making our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect—close to the city center with plenty of supermarkets and bakeries just around the corner. We also felt very safe, thanks to the 24-hour security. The laundry room was an added bonus, making it even more convenient for a longer stay. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Escapada en Pareja

Pros: La vista de la ciudad desde el balcón y lo bien ubicado que se encuentra el apartamento.

Cons: No pudimos acceder a la piscina al encontrarse inhabilitada. Creo que es algo qur se debe tomar en cuenta para recalcular el precio del hospedaje.

Pros: Muy bonito el lugar , muy tranquilo el lugar donde estábamos , el departamento estaba limpio y ordenado .

Consiglio questo appartamento!

Pros: Un appartamento molto confortevole, tranquillo e sicuro, con un caloroso benvenuto da parte dell'host e del personale della struttura. Ha una cucina molto pratica e un soggiorno molto spazioso. Spero di tornarci di nuovo! È vicinissimo a tutto e facile da raggiungere altri luoghi come Miraflores e il centro storico di Lima. Consigliato!
