Pros: I thought it was a great deal for the price. The bed was comfortable, nice yo have a kitchen and the washing machine was a bonus. There were stores, restaurants and bars near by.
Cons: Little things like no plates, the couch is wooden and the tv is tiny. I would stay again or of you are on a budget.

Fabulous place to stay while taking in the sites in Lima and around it. Highly recommend this.
Pros: I am a Canadian living in Chile and was in Lima for a week in July 2025. Of all the places I have booked through booking.com around the world this was one of the best. The host Carlos Barco is a person that goes above and beyond in all aspects of his very personal service. The value for money here is unsurpassed. It is a great apartment at a very good price point for all you get. The apartment itself unlike 90% out there is actually a complete well appointed setup. It has a large high quality independent kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The location is close to many services and gives reasonable access to most tourist areas but Lima is simply very big with traffic everywhere. I highly recommend choosing this place Posada Estela while in Lima and I will certainly do so again when I go back. It deserves a 10 out of 10 rating. Simply 100%! And I almost never write reviews but this is an exception.
Cons: Everything was fantastic so really not much to improve on.

MUY CONFORTABLE EXPERIENCIA
Pros: El sr. Carlos super amable te explica absolutamente todo, como se usa la terma y electrodomesticos, que llave es para que puerta y te consulta si necesitas algo más, como toalla, ph o lo que necesites. a la vuelta hay un oxxo y a unas cuadras un metro y paradas de bus, la zona tranquila.

Pros: a hospitalidade do senhor Carlos faz toda a diferença! Muito solícito e disposto a ajudar os hóspedes com tudo! Localização próxima ao aeroporto ajudou muito a amenizar o trânsito caótico da cidade! Muito comércio na região também foi um ponto positivo!
Cons: o chuveiro as vezes demorava um pouco pra esquentar mas a água ficava quentinha!

Pros: El anfitrión es una persona muy atenta, respetuosa y servicial. Además, es un hospedaje con mucha tranquilidad y seguro. También, muy cerca encuentras mercado local, tiendas de barrio, oxxo, farmacia y supermarket metro. Y, fácilmente puedes encontrar el paradero de microbuses y buses, que te llevan a Lima y a todo Callao. The host is very attentive, respectful, and helpful. Additionally, it’s a very peaceful and safe place to stay. Also, very nearby you’ll find a local market, neighborhood stores, an Oxxo convenience store, a pharmacy, and a Metro supermarket. And you can easily find the microbus and bus stops that take you to Lima and all of Callao.

Pros: El anfitrion fue muy amable, me mostro cuidadosamente el departamento enseñandome a usar todo los aparatos, tiene absolutamente todo, la cocina bien equipada hasta con utensilios, la zona es tranquila y tienes todo alrededor, bien limpio y super comodo, 100% recomendado.
