Lovely & quiet place

Pros: Me encantó el barrio, varias tiendas y restoranes a una cuadra. El departamento es cómodo, limpio, se nota cuidado de los detalles (tener lo mínimo para cocinar, que haya café, té y azucar para el desayuno). La anfitriona estaba muy pendiente y solucionó rápidamente un par de problemas que tuvimos.

Cons: Mi experiencia fue súper buena, sólo hubo un par de detalles que fueron solucionados rapidamente: Las llaves se pueden retirar fácilmente en el edificio, dentro del horario en que haya alguien en la recepción y llegamos fuera de ese horario. El tema fue solucionado, pero es bueno aclarar bien horarios de llegada. Lo otro es que el termo no estaba prendido cuando llegamos y no lo notamos hasta que necesitamos agua caliente, y tuvimos que esperar a que se llenara para tener agua caliente (recomiendo fijarse en el termo apenas lleguen para que no les pase lo mismo).

Solid building, good location, well maintained, a bit noisy.

Pros: Our second time staying here. A private apartment, you get keys from reception and don't need to talk to the host. One of the best areas of residential Lima and with a good shopping street near. Not a lot of cars passing by. A real effort made to continually improve. There is now a nice desk. Beds, sofa, kitchen all good quality. Building is well constructed and relatively few apartments. Good sound insulation from neighbors. Friendly front desk staff. No front desk after 7 giving at least some privacy to come and go at night. Parking garage is handy, if you can get into the tight spot. Small, nice balcony, tree view. It's small but functional, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, good kitchen, great sofa. (A few chairs and pieces of furniture should be removed to make a bit more space). We like this place and the area and they try to make it always better. There's a few inconveniences which are not really the management's fault but have to be mentioned.

Cons: Opposite the building is a horrendous apartment complex with lots of the dreaded \
