The Modern by Wynwood House

Pros: A quiet and comfortable place where you'll find everything you need for a good stay in Lima

Cons: it is relatively far from the city centre, but on the other hand you'll find restaurants, shops ecc. close by

Very nice apartment!

Pros: The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Having the washer / dryer in unit was amazing and the TV also came with lots of streaming services. The check-in and out was easy and simple and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. The neighbourhood is gorgeous, only a couple minutes walk to the heart of Barranco and a couple minutes to Miraflores as well. There is a little store right next to the building and a bakery down the street. We loved our stay!

Cons: Only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided and no laundry detergent in the apartment, but that’s not really a necessity so not a big deal at all.

Great location , nice modern building, good facilities, fine for short stays

Pros: Great location in Barranco overlooking park, nice rooftop with pool and gym ( but time restrictions apply) , modern building , good lifts , washer dryer

Cons: We stayed here for 9 nights for which period it’s fine but as we need to do our own catering the kitchen equipment is basic and the management will not supply any more when requested ( only a single very small tea towel / huge saucepans but nothing small/ no regular change of sheets unless requested / no plug for sink which caused a blockage ( they don’t supply one because apparently they get stolen !!!!- minor things but irritating nontheless. We had planned to return later for a longer period but after the experience this stay and though we had “free cancellation “ it took a month to get our refund ( less a 3% platform fee)

Would definitely recommend

Pros: We really enjoyed staying here, the perfect self-contained flat for visiting Lima, nice area and good transport links nearby, would recommend!

Home comforts!

Pros: Very comfortable and a great location in Baranco. We didn’t use the kitchen, but would have if we had stayed more than 3 nights. Was good to have use of a washing machine!

High-end experience for friendly price

Pros: Everything was absolutely amazing! The design of both the building and the apartment itself were top notch, providing a luxury experience (especially for this price). The apartment was designed with care (not only aesthetically, but also practically). The furniture and appliances are of high quality as well. The top floor offers first class views of the ocean, lounge areas, a pool and a gym (with stellar ocean views as well) I appreciated the service provided by Wynwood. They were responsive to any question I had and proactively provided me with restaurant tips and asked me if everything was up to my expectations (which it certainly was!). The neighborhood is upscale and felt safe even in the evenings. It is walking distance to a large supermarket and countless restaurants. Overall, we were very impressed. If we ever come back to Lima we would absolutely come back!

Cons: Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay! One small tip: perhaps include a drying rack for washed clothes

Un buen depa para quedarse unos dias

Pros: En general la ubicacion y el edificio. El departamento es acogedor , la cama comoda.

Cons: en vez que una mesa hay una barra con sillas altas lo cual para comer y para trabajar es super incomodo.

El mejor lugar para alojarse en Lima por escándalo, una joya!

Pros: El alojamiento estaba espectacular! La ubicación inmejorable, muy limpio y una optimización del espacio japonés realmente. Además en el piso 21 contaba con un rooftop divino con pileta y un gimnasio completamente equipado con una vista bellísima. Altamente recomendable!
