Pros: The apartment is large, smart TVs, excellent location.

Cons: The apartment was not very clean. The equipment was very minimal, just cups, just enough toilet paper, one roll of shampoo and soap, just enough for one day. We had to buy a lot of things to survive in the apartment for several days.

Pros: Location is perfect. Apartment is spacious, and kitchen is very well equipped.

Cons: My stay was short and i didn't have to use wardrobe, but if I did, that would be complete disaster, since it had horrible smell of something that seemed like moisture and mold. (in both rooms)

Great stay in Miraflores!

Pros: Great location, very spacious apartment - we were given a two bedroom apartment instead of one.

Cons: Washing machine in room however was broken and they did not provide laundry detergent (would be a nice extra!) Gym is very basic, with a little more investment it would be great.

A spacious apartment, great for the reset in between a long holiday.

Pros: Spacious Unit, clean and tidy. Great Location for Restaurants and walking to cliffs. Had a washing machine but no dryer and facilities for cooking. A great place to reset after a month travelling abroad.

Cons: It was a little confusing to gain access and not speaking a lot of Spanish made it more difficult.

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and modern, location very close to the central of Miraflores.

Modern apartment in the heart of Miraflores

Pros: Due to a mixup that partially involved some email from a hacked account of the property management, I originally went to the wrong location on the same street. Just as we were about to find an alternative hotel, I was able to get our taxi driver to call the actual management company, who directed me to the right property. From that point on, communicating with WhatsApp was the best way, they were super-responsive. The place was pretty modern and chic for Lima, the kitchen was adequately furnished and the combo washer/dryer was very helpful on our return from Machu Picchu. Great location right close to Kennedy Park in Miraflores. WiFi speed is fantastic. Spacious for a group of 4.

Cons: One of the bathrooms smelled, most likely from the sewer drain since it was otherwise very clean. Trash disposal is supposedly in the first level garage, but we couldn't find it and disposed our trash bag in the public street trash cans.

Pros: Excellent rooms and kitchen. Located close to markets, bars and restaurants.

Cons: There is a bad smell coming from the bathroom. It deserves some attention from the owner.

Top apartment: spacious, modern&very central

Pros: Top apartment in modern building with reception, gym and rooftop terrace. The apartment is spaceous, beautifully furnished, has all amenities like kitchen utensils, laundry mashine and hair dryer - and even features a small balcony. The two bedrooms are big with very comfortable beds and each comes with its own bathroom. We had all we needed and more, for a very fair price in the middle of Miraflores, an area with lots of restaurants, bars and shops around!

Cons: Nothing, we loved it.
