Pros: The apartment was clean and had a lot of the modern appliances you would need for a long stay so we highly recommend. Access to the room was via a code (6 digit) lock which means you don't have to worry about loosing keys. Elevator access and 24/7 reception that lets you into building. There are 2 bbq/dining table areas on the roof. Area was busy and felt very safe, even late into the evening.

Cons: Booking.com provides the price in USD & GBP (or your local currency). When paying the property manager, we offered to pay in Peruvian Soles which means they would not have to worry about converting it into dollars and pay the commission. PM used a slightly higher conversion rate when converting from USD rather than using a conversion rate that Banco de la Nacion offered. I suggest you pay in dollars. This has happened to us one other time with a guide, but when challenged, they accepted the Banco de la Nacion rate.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and new. It looks just like the photos. It has all the amenities you need. Has a washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, dinning table, cookware, dinnerware, kitchen utensils, situated in secure building, good location, close to Kennedy Park, has a convenience store a minute away! There is an outside lift for luggage or wheelchair access to get into the building. Great service and communication with the host. Very pleased with the stay!

Cons: Needed a place to hang the clean laundry.
