Comodidad, sector seguro, buena ubicación de casco histórico y malecón.

Pros: Ubicación cerca del malecón, supermercados y centro histórico, además de tener servicio wifi.

Pros: A localização é excelente, boas instalações e a portaria é 24h e muito eficiente. Me senti bastante segura. A Sra Ana, proprietária, é muito gentil e solícita. Gostei muito.

Cons: O pagamento antecipado e exclusivamente em transferência bancária nao é o mais conveniente para o hóspede. No banheiro do quarto principal, o piso na área de banho/banheira é um pouco escorregadio. Talvez um tapete antiderrapante traga mais segurança para os hóspedes.
