Relaxing and enjoyable

Pros: The apartment was clean and spacious. Excellent facilities on site. The communal areas were also spotlessly clean. With security 24/7 on the main door I felt very safe.

Pros: Es ist ein Hochhaus. Das Apartment ist im 7. OG. Es gibt eine durchgängig besetzte Rezeption. Es gibt zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer auf ca 50 -60 M2. Gute Ausstattung. Geschäfte für LM und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Gute Restaurants auch. Wir haben uns von PeruHop am Hilton Doubletree absetzen lassen. Sind dann nur ca 150m zu Fuß..

Cons: Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind nicht besonders bequem.

Very pleasant and Beautiful scenery

Pros: It had very good security and in a good location. Katia and her brother were very helpful in whatever we needed. I would highly recommend this apartment building !

Cons: The front desk doesn’t understand English but we’re very friendly. Also if they would put directions in English for example in the laundry room on how to operate the machines would be very helpful. But I must say Katia and her brother went out of their way to make sure we knew how to operate them.

Lugar excepcional para descansar y también para explorar Lima

Pros: La ubicación es muy próxima al Olivar de San Isidro y a Miraflores, Barranco así como al centro histórico de Lima. La zona cuenta con una gran variedad de cafeterías y restaurantes. Al otro lado de la calle hay una cafetería con panes variado y es ideal para el desayuno. Él edificio cuenta con buenas facilidades como lavandería, gimnasio y la seguridad. El trato es excepcionalmente cálido y el anfitrión se mostro siempre listo para cualquier consulta. Muchas gracias!!

Cons: Algún ruido de autos por la noche pero era de esperar por la zona con mucho tráfico. El parking es escaso siendo muy necesario si se cuenta con auto

Anfitriões excelentes.

Pros: Anfitriões solícitos e educados, localização entre duas avenidas importantes de Lima, equidistante de diversos pontos de interesse. Limpeza impecável, piscina na cobertura, áreas comuns com lavanderia e mesa de sinuca.

Cons: Apenas um aparelho portátil de ar condicionado pra 3 ambientes. Lima não costuma ser quente, excepcionalmente fomos em uma onda de calor.

The apartment itself was great, equipped with a lot of stuff.

Pros: The property was clean and comfortable. The host and owner was very nice and kept the property well equipped with dishes, cleaning stuff, Wi-Fi, AC, etc everything was great. The building is also in a great location with plenty of places to eat nearby, and not far from downtown Lima and Miraflores.

Cons: Noisy, construction noise, traffic noise and loud neighbors that had parties past quiet hours. Loud barking from pets up to late night hours.
