Pros: Definitivamente la ubicación. Zona segura y muy tranquila. La chica del hospedaje estuvo todo el momento pendiente que todo este ok.

Ubicacion excelente en el corazon de Miraflores con inmejorable relacion calidad-precio.

Pros: La ubicacion es excelente, cerca a todos los puntos de interes de Miraflores ademas de bastante tranquilo durante las horas de descanso en la noche. El anfitrion muy rapido en responder cualquier duda y solucionar problemas. Dispone de deshumidificador portatil en todos los ambientes, lo que ayuda a mejorar la sensacion de frio o calor, ya que la humedad en Lima es muy alta. Tuve la experiencia de un movimiento sismico durante la estancia en el apartamento, y aunque se sintio intenso (6.1 en escala de Richter), en general se sintio bastante solida y estable la estructura del edificio.

Cons: Por momentos, la señal de internet del TV es lento, pero en los demas dispositivos electronicos es muy buena. Hay que subir manualmente la palanca de la llave termica del agua caliente por las mañanas para tomar una ducha caliente. No hay llave fisica solo una clave para digitar en una cerradura inteligente por lo que puede no ser muy amigable para personas no familiriazadas con la tecnologia pero se aprende rapido. En general, son pocos aspectos que no afectan negativamente la estancia.

¡Hermoso y buena ubicación!

Pros: Cómodo, excelente ubicación y muy acogedor. También tenían todas las facilidades para tener una linda estadía. Y el anfitrión respondía rápido para ayudarme

Cons: Tuve la mala suerte de llegar con corte de luz lo cual me mandó subir escaleras pero fue solo un día. También mejoraría las indicaciones para el uso de agua caliente.
