Pros: Los conserjes Julio y Fernando, personas muy amables y atentas. Te reciben con una sonrisa y tienen siempre un gesto acogedor y excelente voluntad para atender cualquier requerimiento.

Cons: Lamentablemente el edificio está ubicado en una avenida de alta congestión y tráfico vehicular por ende el ruido exterior a ratos es molesto, pero nada que no se pueda tolerar.

Pros: Me fascino todo, es amplio, completo, ordenado, bello, bien equipado y en una ubicación muy segura y lujosa, pero lo mejor es el personal a cargo, Julio es perfecto, un ser humano y anfitrión súper atento, amable y muy generoso que supera todas las expectativas

Wir kommen wieder!

Pros: Netter Empfang. Sehr zentral gelegen (15 Minuten zu Fuß a den Strand). Personal sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Alles in der Nähe. 3 Schlafzimmer, eines davon mit eigenem Bad und Toilette. 2 zusätzliche Toiletten davon eines mit Dusche. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner.

Cons: Wir waren Ende September dort und die Wohnung war kalt. Speziell am Abend merkte man es. Die Betten hatten dicke Decken, so gab es in den Nächten kein Problem.

Totalmente recomendable.

Pros: La atención cálida y amable de don Julio, insuperable. La ubicación del departamento es muy buena, en una avenida principal, por lo tanto era sólo salir y los taxis pasan a cada momento. Nos solucionaron todos nuestros requerimientos a la brevedad. Totalmente recomendable.

Cons: Hay harto ruido de tráfico, al estar ubicado en una avenida principal (Av. José Pardo).
