Wonderful Apartment with Inaccurate Listing

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and extremely comfortable. The bathrooms are large and plenty of towels were provided. It was very clean and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the clothes washing machine and large drying rack were great. There are TV's everywhere even in the hall and kitchen which we never turned on. The location was perfect for us with many wonderful restaurants close by and a large grocery store only 3 blocks away. I would stay there again.

Cons: The listing is incorrect. When I booked this apartment, it listed 4 Bedrooms and there are only 3. It listed 3 bathrooms and there are only 2. It also listed air conditioning which was not present. At the time of my review the listing was still incorrect. Our party only needed 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so we were not inconvenienced by this but future travelers with larger groups might be. It was a bit cool when we visited in November 2023 so we did not need AC. Now in all fairness the 3 bedrooms have 4 beds and a baby crib plus the living room has what appears to be a sofa bed which we did not open to confirm, so there is plenty of room for many guests but the listing should be more accurate. Having said this, the apartment is wonderful and spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which we would happily reserve again which is why I still gave a 10 for the review. They just need to update the listing to be accurate. The other issue was check-in. We arrived after dark and the front desk person had no record of our visit. The front desk clerk asked us for the apartment number and we looked at our reservation and it was not listed which was a bit of a surprise. We had to ask them to call the owner's phone number on our reservation to allow them to give us the keys to the apartment which took a bit of time and we were very tired from our long travel day. Had the owner not answered right away this could have been much worse so we felt lucky. This was probably just a small mistake but it made for a frustrating start to our stay. After booking and it being non cancelable, I was asked for a deposit or payment and was given a few options. Paypal seemed the easiest but was told that I would have to pay 6% extra to use Paypal. The other options were less easy and even though Bank of America was listed as an option, the owner preferred not to have me send them funds using Zelle through BofA. So we decided on cash which was collected at the apartment.

Spacious, comfortable, well located

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, modern, clean, well located in Miraflores, with all facilites, and appliances, internet, and with great attention for little details. We enjoyed the stay a lot.

Pros: Un gran apartamento con 4 habitaciones y 3 baños en el centro de Miraflores, con supermercados cerca. Perfecto para conocer esta zona y Lima en general. El personal muy amable y servicial, el edificio tenia conserge 24h.

Cons: Puede que este un poco lejos del centro de Lima, por lo demas todo perfecto.

Pros: Great location. Great space. We really enjoyed the spacious apartment. It had everything we needed and it was walking distance to everything. Recommend staying here while you’re in Lima.

Cons: Thin windows meant a lot of noise from outside. There was a party in the apartment below us one night that kept us up all night long. You can hear voices and partying from the streets at all hours.

Exelente departamento!

Pros: Es muy espacioso y limpio. Tiene todo lo necesario. Súper bien ubicado! cerca de todos los servicios para una estadía cómoda. El anfitrión siempre disponible a hacer cambios en la estadía.

Cons: Quizás que el termo de agua caliente es pequeño para la cantidad de personas que soporta el departamento. Los que se bañan al final quedan casi sin agua :)
