Super place in great location!

Pros: Very comfortable apartment with a great rooftop pool and super location!

Cons: The apartment was 10/10 but just beware the washing machines need you to have a Peruvian phone or top up card which takes a few weeks to order. There are plenty of local lavanderías though!

Ótimo custo-benefício com excelente localização

Pros: O apartamento é bem equipado e possui excelente localização. O condomínio é bastante moderno e completo, tem tudo perto, fácil acesso, portaria 24h. É uma excelente opção para quem quer ficar perto de tudo e em uma das regiões mais bonitas de Lima.

Cons: É bastante cômodo para um casal, mas para três pessoas já não é tão cômodo porque o banheiro fica dentro do quarto do casal, a terceira cama é um sofá-cama não tão cômodo. A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar nos detalhes.

Pros: El edificio muy bonito al igual que el dpto. Buena ubicación donde puedes llegar fácilmente caminando a lugares de interés como restaurantes y costanera.

Cons: Tuve un pequeño percance con el agua caliente de la ducha ya que o salía muy caliente o muy fría. Luego de varios intentos logré hacer el equilibrio.

Pros: The location is perfect, very close to a lot of cafes and restaurants around, and close to miraflores where there is another collection of entertainments. The host Guillermo was exceptional with his quick responses and help if needed.

Pros: Alles was fantastisch! Prachtig groot appartement, met alles wat je nodig hebt. Hele goede bedden en fantastisch goede en snelle WiFi. Goed contact met host. Appartement is een gebouw met receptie, dus erg veilig. Deurcode werkt prima en is handig, want je hebt geen sleutels nodig. Bushalte is vlakbij, tickets zijn heel goedkoop. Wij gingen met de bus naar het oude centrum van Lima en naar Huaca Pucllana in Miraflores. Deze historische bezienswaardigheid is zeer de moeite waard! Je kunt kaartjes daarvoor gewoon ter plekke kopen en je krijgt dan een groepsrondleiding (zijn in het Spaans, maar ook in het Engels). Wij zijn meerdere keren naar Miraflores gelopen, mooie route langs de kust, maar persoonlijk vonden wij de wijk Barranco veel gezelliger met alle street art, de Brug der Zuchten en alle gezellige restaurants. Deze accommodatie vinden wij een absolute aanrader! En de wijk Barranco ook.

Great Location

Pros: The location of this property is great! Far away from the noise from the streets. I was able to easily walk towards great restaurants, coffee shops and the main attraction area of Barranco. The space of unit was huge - on the second floor so you don't have to wait for the elevators. Definitely a great address in Barranco!

Cons: Just a little glitch upon checking in where the door code was not working properly and some payment issues, but all good, they were resolved.
