Very good quality

Pros: Easy checkin (they let us in few hours early). Clean, well equipped appartment. Good Location and view. Modest gym and small pools at the top. Really good quality.

Cons: Little bit noisy from the street, but ear plugs does the job at night :)

Everything perfect.

Pros: Owner was very responsive and kind in regards to our early arrival and late check out. Apartment is as described, felt more spacious than the photos suggest. Well equipped with good facilities. Room fans provided were strong and quiet. Location is excellent, between the centres of Barranco (10 minute walk) and Miraflores, on the bus route to central Lima. Loads of restaurants nearby. The rooftop pool area is great for lounging, a laundry room is in the basement. Reception staff were always welcoming. We loved our stay here.

Pros: Ninth floor overlooking park, keyless entry, nice apartment exactly matches the photos, the host is honest, responsive and helpful, extras like tea, coffee and shampoo were appreciated, rooftop pool great views gets a bit busy at weekends and only one umbrella.

Great Place, great host

Pros: Beautiful apartment with great views. Clean and tidy with all the amenities. The host is very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood feels safe and has a lot of cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

Cons: The only bad thing is that the street in front could be noisy and the windows are not sound proof, so not too good for light sleepers

I would definitely stay at this location again

Pros: The first night we checked in we felt a little awkward, but wow, the staff the doorman and everyone was just so helpful and gracious

Cons: The view is absolutely beautiful. The apartment was so clean and the building is quiet and very accessible.

Pros: La comunicación permanente con el anfitrión que nos asistió a través de mensajes contestando en forma inmediata. El edificio tiene recepción las 24 horas. Muy bonito apartamento, excelente ubicación, con muy buena vista, muy acogedor e impecable en cuanto a la limpieza y la decoración sencilla. Muy bien provisto con todo lo necesario en la cocina. Un duchador reconfortante, una cama comodísima y así también el sillón del living. Hemos descansado y disfrutado de una agradable estadía en el barrio de Barranco. Gracias!
