Very satisfied with our stay!

Pros: Well located for our trip to Cusco. Comfortable beds. Nice apartment. Only one floor up so it wasn't too difficult to bring up our suitcases. The host was responsive.

Cons: The keys didn't work well and it took us a while to get into the apartment. The fellow who met us showed us the keys but we didn't try it out ourselves. Found it difficult. Also, the shower wasn't really warm. It could be we didn't know how to work the temperature controls.

Buena ubicación, servicio y acompañamiento extraordinario.

Pros: Bien ubicado, tuvimos dos apartamentos muy bonitos y confortables, la atención del hotel es muy profesional, siempre respondieron y se preocuparon por nuestro bienestar, fue tan buena la atención, que al tener un incidente de salud para uno de nuestros huéspedes por mal de altura, nos enviaron un médico y nos proporcionaron oxígeno médico toda la noche para estabilizar a nuestra paciente. 10 de 10.

Pros: El trato del personal, siempre atento a nuestras necesidades. Se estropeó un grifo y antes de una hora estaba cambiado. La ubicación es excelente, en menos de 10 min andando desde la Plaza de Armas. El día que saliamos nos guardaron las maletas hasta la hora de nuesta partida a media tarde.

Cons: La cocina es pequeñita y necesitaria un pequeño repaso..
