Great location, big and clean room. Incredible hot showers
Pros: The shower was amazing, really good pressure and super hot! A real luxury in Peru
Cons: It was cold at night, it would have been nice to have had a little heater

Pros: We had a very large apartment. The bathroom room huge. You have to add cold water to the shower, it's so hot. We had a beautiful, warm , attic bedroom.

Charming, fantastic views. The real Cusco.
Pros: The apartment we stayed in is charming, rustic and full of character. Very spacious and great facilities (kitchenette and bathroom). Best shower we’ve had so far in our travels through Peru.
Cons: It is nearly impossibly to find it. Poor signage. We walked up and down the street multiple times and knocked on a few doors before we found it. It started our stay off on a bad note, but once we got in we were very happy and excited.

One of the best placed we stayed
Pros: Like a little house/appartment in the middle of the center. So close to the center and san blas market. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. The room was very clean and there is a nice hot shower. Very friendly staff. We liked the most that the room is very cosy and has a nice view. Would highly recommend this place!!

Lovely quiet apartment, very central location!
Pros: We stayed in the Family Studio (which sleeps up to 8!), so for the two of us, it was ample room! Lovely living room with a skylight that lets lots of light in. Very comfy bed, with memory-foam pillows. Highly recommend if you're staying in Cusco for a while and would like to have the option do some cooking. Excellent shower, both hot and good pressure! The hotel is in a brilliant central location (albeit up some stairs!) on a quiet, pedestrian street. The room was really quiet, didn't hear any noise from other guests/the street below etc.
Cons: A few issues: 1. The sofa in the living room seems very unstable - the legs are all wobbly. So it doesn't feel very secure to sit on! 2. The sink in the bathroom drains away very slowly, (takes about 5 minutes) so I think it needs a proper drain clean. 3. At check-in the receptionist asked 'Are you sure you're staying at Hosteria de Anita?' and I said 'Oh well it's one of the departments', sort of made to feel as if I should have known it's a separate to the hotel. So it's not actually clear that yes this is part of Hosteria de Anita and you check-in at the hotel reception and collect the keys from there. Its also not clear whether if you're in a 'Departamento' whether you're actually allowed to go in the hotel garden/seating area. Most of the time the door is closed, so it almost felt as if we weren't allowed to go there.

Great value, quiet and beautiful units
Pros: I booked this hotel last minute due to Salkantay trek tour delay, we ended up just stayed in for a few hours. But I am surprised by this place, what a great value! We were offered a small unit with exclusive door, with a little courtyard and a kitchen. Very quiet, nice garden next to the lobby. We had to leave to join the tour as it resumed, but next time, we may stay here longer.
Cons: It is on a street not accessible by car, for people with mobility issues, it could be a problem,

Fabulous base in San Blas area
Pros: Wonderful location a few blocks from the main square and also on the edge of San Blas neighborhood. The staff at Hotel De Anita were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was larger than I expected and had pretty much everything I needed. Awesome super hot shower with great pressure!
Cons: It is colder in the rooms than it is outside (because the sun didn't reach my room). There are about 3 flights of steep steps to go up on the road as others have mentioned.
